Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Enzyme Planet we aim to provide the best service to our customers. However, we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the steps below.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2-3 days of placing the order.
  2. Once the order has been processed and communicated to our vendors or has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
  3. Perishable items (such as food products) and customized orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.
  4. Customers wishing to cancel must provide a valid reason and raise a ticket either via email or phone.

Refund Policy:

  1. As we do not offer refunds, customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before finalizing their purchase.
  2. In case of damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2-3 days of receiving the product. We will investigate and take appropriate action if the claim is valid.
  3. If the product does not meet your expectations or is not as described, please contact us within 2-3 days. Our Customer Service team will review your complaint and decide on the next steps.
